I've been trying to learn, to be a better being. I thank God and ask for forgiveness; I read about heaven and hell and think of redemption; I pray for love and believe in a better chance. I do it all - but I handle it a bit differently.
I'm not Jesus - I don't offer the other cheek.
I'm someone who won't let you come anywhere near either of them.
Life has made me this way.
